Family At Simon partnered with The Science Project to launch an Augmented Reality mobile application called Santa’s Helpers to entertain families who visit Simon properties throughout the holiday season.
As the lead animator on this project, I oversaw and worked with illustrators, designers, developers, and other contributing animators. I concepted, illustrated, designed, and I animated 90% of all character and background animations for the app, as well as all of the digital signage and promotional work.
I was lucky enough to be able to contribute to a project where 32 different artists donated their time to tell the story of homelessness in Salt Lake City. Here is my section, and at the bottom is the entire video.

Dora the Adorable
When approached to be the sole visual creative for this project, I envisioned the video to be as whimsical, comical, and endearing as the song itself. In this music video for the song Dora the Adorable, I concepted, designed boards, and animated the entire piece.

At The Science Project, we teamed up with Uniqlo to develop an interactive mobile platform to drive brand interest around Uniqlo's Chicago Flagship store. I worked on several visual elements of the experience, including the digital awareness signage, app animations, illustrations, and more. The campaign soon launched nationally, spreading to New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

Hershey's Digital Screen
As the lead animator on this project, I worked with a team to illustrate and design boards that would entertain and guide customers through Hershey's Chocolate World. I then brought the current Hershey's characters to life with animations to add color and whimsy to the area.

Monica Rich Kosann
Monica Rich Kosann came to The Science Project to design a store with interactive, digital touch points that would feel as elevated as the brand itself. I designed a couple of interactive mirror pieces that merge seamlessly into the space, and intrigue the customer with the brand.
In the first mirror display, the user texts a picture of themselves that will appear in the experience. Then, they set down a piece of Monica Rich Kosann jewelry, which unlocks a unique video highlighting the jewelry. The user sees themselves in the video, and is then texted the final video to wrap up the experience and give the user a takeaway.
In the second mirror display, the user is given a seamless way to personalize their MRK locket by sending pictures to the mirror and editing them. Then, the images are printed to the right sizing, and ready to be inserted in the user's locket.
Taking inspiration from Monica Ruch Kosann's sketches (@monicarichkosann), I designed and comped up storyboards for the double-screen interactive experience, and designed the interactive locket mirror display.
